Would it be possible to work a parking facility in on the Central
Lutheran block, extending it into the west side of the Stark Hall green space
if necessary?
Since Central Lutheran is working on remodeling and expanding, it
might be a good time to think about, not only providing more parking for the
church, but the great location next to the WSU campus.
