[Winona Online Democracy]
I moved back to Winona this past April after living the last eight years in St. Paul
and i can say without hesitation that there is not enough difference between the
voting equipment used there and that used here to justify any sort of use of tax
monies if all we are doing is bringing Winona's equipment up to the level of that used
in St. Paul.
