[Winona Online Democracy]
Considering "quality of life" in Winona, I am always a little shocked and
ashamed when I hear a resident of Winona of a minority race or culture say
the quality of life in Winona is not good. Shocked because I've heard it
quite often and ashamed because I didn't know it.
