[Winona Online Democracy]

I have to correct one statement in Steve's message.

The person who was removed from the list, was not removed just for calling
someone a "twit". He was removed after three personal attacks (the third of
which is the one referrenced to in Steve's message). He was told after each
time he posted these personal attacks that they were not appropriate to the
list and was asked not to continue making them. After the third time, he
was removed.

Shortly after he was removed, he was invited back on the list if he would
simply agree not to engage in personal attacks. He didn't feel that he
would be able to agree to that so he chose to remain off the list.

As always, I would ask everyone to remain focused on issues rather than
individuals.
