[Winona Online Democracy]
"Sick days", like all other benefits in an employer/employee contract, are part of the
"salary" one recieves for working for that employer. As such the employee is
"entilted" to them.
To quote Mr. Spock of Star Trek fame, where's the logic of granting sick days and then
expecting employees NOT to take them?
