[Winona Online Democracy]
First of all, I think it is a wonderful thing that the quality of life in
Winona is such that some people's biggest complaint is one of traffic noise-
kudos to the Winona police department and Winona's citizens for building a
very liveable community.
It seems to me that if this is truly a big problem for people then this
forum might be able to come up with an idea or two to help with this
situation... Jerome mentions mortar and bazookas, effective, but one could
miss and hurt an innocent bystander... If the McBride intersection is
really bad perhaps police can hang out there for a while and ticket, what
could the average citizen do though?
