[Winona Online Democracy]

I live near to Hwy 61, by far the busiest of conduits through the area,
never have I even thought of complaining about the noise. (Mainly
because I do not notice it. I do notice when it is gone.)

The car screeches, semis breaking rapidly, and stereo bass seems to be
filtered out.

To echo a point made in another post, there really are no things a
citizen can do to solve this pseudo problem as an accusation will not
satisfy the burden of proof required, should the offender choose to
fight the accusation.

on another note,
<joke Funny_Ha-ha='false'  brief_chuckle='true'>
Light Mortar, Jerome? That would make more noise than the vehicles. Try
something quieter like an M16 with a silencer. It saves on Aspirin.
