[Winona] Winona Street Upkeep

Mr. Nelson:   I live in the West End, and although my street is still in good shape, it is my opinion that it could use a coat of Hot Tar to seal up a lot of the little cracks that appear every spring. ( we get some nice pot holes come March/April)  Are there any plans to tar any streets this summer?   JimSjoberg
