My comment: I cannot understand the concept that it is "dumb" for parents to
be able to allow their children to use alcoholic beverages under supervision
at home. IMNSHO, we would be a lot better off if more parents would
introduce their children to alcoholic beverages at home. This should
include teaching them about the responsible use of alcoholic beverages.
