I've been reconsidering the concept I had started with and have a few new questions.
a) Is it possible for anyone to have ghouled a character born (in any country) between 1651 and 1658? b) Would said ghoul be able to be embraced in the early 1800's? If this isn't at all possible, I would welcome a call from anyone with an NPC role to fill, or a completely new concept they may have.
