Aiming is not legal as an action in MET. As far as the highest pool you can get... gunslinger (brings your average to arguably 8.5~ per draw, evening out highs and lows with twice the chance to 10 again) 5 Dex 5 Firearms 2 point gun with laser sight for a total of +3 3 blood for +5 more Specialty in two weapons or called shots This gives you a base standard pool of +19 with an average draw of 27.5 hitting your average vamp in the head for a 24 or 6 damage per shot capped at 5 lethal. If they have Celerity 5 you will average 4 lethal per shot, still very respectable. If you were Carthian you could bump this pretty easy to a +24 to hit, with an Ordo friend + 29 to hit + draw = 37.5 (round to 38 for ease) and you are tagging for an average of 11, capping at 5. (If you were Zelani you could bump 3 more onto this) If at this point you spend on nothing but BP and firearms skill, you can one-shot many characters as soon as you hit BP/Skill 7. (With your ordo friend always keeping you 100% full on blood).
