The devotion Infallible Aim (WoD: Chicago pg. 83) allows you to add your Celerity (up to +3) to your firearms pool. It costs a blood per round, so overall, that would translate to an extra +1 to your pool.
Another suggestion: you could forget about Gunslinger, and just go with a Desert Eagle (w/ laser sight) and that would give you an additional +2...
