will on both Cisco or quintum gateways it drop the call. when adding g729A
and g729 capabilities.
also I note a problem that if you allow 2 codecs like g729 and g723 on same
ooh323 and you make a call from ip phone with g729 and call from g723 just
one of the codecs work and the other phone on the other codec drop the call.
so i cant have 2 codecs allowed in the ooh323 and make the user select which
codec they prefer. as its adding capabilities g729A and adding capabilities
g723 this appear even on ooh323 ver 0.2 and all ver.
I guess there is something when the add capabilities got 2 codecs
here is example
ver 0.2 on g729 allowed ALONE just add capabilities G729A so call WORK
smooth
ver 0.2 on g723 allowed ALONE just add capabilities G723 so call WORK
smooth
ver 0.2 on BOTH allowed g729 and g723 add capabilities G729A and
capabilities G723 so call DROP on one of codec
ver 0.4 / 0.5 / 0.82 on g729 allowed ALONE add capabilities G729A and
capabilities G729 so call DROP ( my case )
so what I feel when there is more than 1 capabilities added problem appears
what test's or debug or logs may help to determine the problem more?

The debug information did not appear very informative. Have you tried
enabling only G729A on the remote Cisco gateway? I know that the Quintum
gateway only negotiates G729A (this is the only G729 flavor it supports)
but the Cisco can be set to accept only specific codecs.
However, I don't see how the addition of the G729 codec could create a
problem... Also, can you tell which side is dropping the call upon answer?
Is it Asterisk or the other gateway? Do you have any packet captures of
the call attempts or debug from the Cisco/Quintum gateway?
