Hi Mike,

Yeah 0xC0000005 is a memory access violation.  Along with a NULL
pointer, deferencing a number that doesn't point to valid memory is
very common.

Unfortunately, the hard disk that 4.1.0 was built on crashed on me, so
the map is in the ether somewhere.

As soon as I get things re-installed, I'll rebuild from the source for
4.1.0 and see if there is any help.  An additional problem is, I'm not
100% sure which compiler version I used. ;-(  Pretty sure that it was
VC++ 2008, but it could have been 2005.
