Actually map of itself not terribly useful, as I don't have the code (for a
couple of reasons I'm not supposed to look at it until a couple of years after
I've left IBM).  So it really just needs an eyeball by someone familiar with the
code/map to see if there's a likely cause of the exception at that offset (e.g.,
a pointer passed in from 'outside', etc.).  The details are:

  Exception: 0xC0000005
 
  Location: offset 0x00039966 in rexx.dll
 
  Rexx version: REXX-ooRexx_4.1.0(MT) 6.03 5 Dec 2010

Unfortunately the Windows C++ I have doesn't seem to have the 'start debugger on
exception' feature that previous versions had :-(.  But it might help having the
symbols etc.
