You might need to uninstall ooRexx if you're going to cross-compile.  Also,
as hex mentioned, you will need to be sure to completely delete the build
directory in between a 32-bit and a 64-bit build.

Or, maybe have 2 VMs one for 32-bit Windows and ooRexx and one for 64-bit
Windows and ooRexx.
