It has been eliminated, I believe. That's the way Rick works.
I found the problem with killer:
C:\work.ooRexx\wc\build-utilities\platform\windows\bin>.\killer rxapi
rxapi.exe (process ID: 3392) killed successfully
The problem is I had a 32-bit killer.exe on my 64-bit system. It can't
kill the 64-bit rxapi. I built a 64-bit killer.exe and it works fine.
I'll need to update the stuff on Source forge. The bottom line is you need
to match the killer.exe bitness with the rxapi bitness.
