Yeah, that's similar to a problem we used to see on Linux sometimes. But I
haven't seen it for awhile.
Do you have a version of ooRexx installed on the system you are building
on? The Windows VM? If you have ooRexx installed on the system, I don't
think you will have a problem.
The other problem that it could be is if you are trying to cross-compile.
If you are on a 32-bit Windows and try to cross-compile a 64 bit ooRexx,
it won't work. But since rexximage.exe shows up in the task manager, I
don't think that is the problem.
I would just install the released 4.1.3 on the Windows system and then see
if things build.
