Based on the compiler used, or do you think within the source code itself has 
been written in some dependency on a minimum of Windows XP?

Then it dumps me back to the next command prompt.

I am thinking to sequentially walk the version tree back from 4.1.3 and test 
each ooRexx v4.x version to see if I can at least get higher than 3.2.

Recently I learned that Mod_Rexx would work with ooRexx 4.x branch versions. I 
was under the impression that it would not and I would have to wait for 
Mod_ooRexx's release. So, eager to get beyond 
ooRexx 3.2 on this server.
