Nay, my package works beautifully on Windows XP x86.

And... (drum roll) ooRexx 4.1.2 works beautifully on Windows 2000. So, I did 
not have to go back all that much. Mod_Rexx performs flawlessly with that 
version of ooRexx. This is a major upgrade from 
ooRexx 3.2! :-)

So, perhaps could you check into the compiler differences between what prepared 
4.1.2 and 4.1.3 please? I would not think that something within ooRexx changed 
to suddenly begin depending on Windows XP 
between those two specific versions. Thank you.
