I would prefer oosqlite.dll to be self-contained.
The pre-compiled botan.dll is not built and linked with the same flags
being used for oosqlite.dll. While a quick test does not show any
problems, this is a potential cause of problems.
So, if I need to build botan, I'd just as soon statically link ooSQLite to
it than dynamically link and ship a botan.dll.
