I'm trying to use system GCL (not bundled in OpenAxiom): # gcl GCL (GNU Common Lisp) 2.6.7 CLtL1 May 6 2012 01:50:10 Source License: LGPL(gcl, gmp), GPL(unexec, bfd, xgcl) Binary License: GPL due to GPL'ed components: (XGCL READLINE UNEXEC) Modifications of this banner must retain notice of a compatible license Dedicated to the memory of W. Use (help) to get some basic information on how to use GCL. Temporary directory for compiler files set to /tmp/ ====================================== Debian patches are in directory "debian/patches" in http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/g/gcl/gcl_2.6.7-101.debian.tar.gz (101 is a Debian review number) There is no problem to use other lisps in Debian, I just figure out which is better :-) Also, since lisp core in embeded into OpenAxiom binary, there is no problem in using bundled GCL. In any way, I consider absence of SBCL on some Debian archs as a tiny bug. 2012/5/19 Gabriel Dos Reis <g...@cs.tamu.edu>: > > Hi Igor, > > Игорь Пашев <pashev.i...@gmail.com> writes: > > | The new package for Debian (1.4.x + SVN rev 2626) now available. > | It uses SBCL where this lisp exists (currently i386, amd64, kfreebsd-amd64) > | and GCL otherwheres. > > OK, thanks! > > | Here are build logs on all Debian archs: > | https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=open-axiom > | > | Summary: all GCL builds failed :-) > > Ouch. :-( Is this using Debian's own build of GCL or one that is bundled > with OpenAxiom?
