I'm sure that the OoGRE folk are reasonable people. Have a chat with them, offer a small explanation of the difference and a link on your site, appease them with a few boards, that sort of thing. I'm sure something can be worked out cordially, especially as the name-clash is between something entirely software and hardware (well, somewhat :p).
