When i said "Wasn't this going to be an open-source friendly graphics 
card?" earlier (2 months ago), i meant that, just underhandedly grabbing 
the name without consulting with the OoGRE people would not be 
beneficial to the self-imposed image of being open-source friendly.

I'm sure that the OoGRE folk are reasonable people. Have a chat with 
them, offer a small explanation of the difference and a link on your 
site, appease them with a few boards, that sort of thing. I'm sure 
something can be worked out cordially, especially as the name-clash is 
between something entirely software and hardware (well, somewhat :p).
