No, there's no decision yet. I recently added this to the naming page on the 
wiki:

I'm a bit worried that we might give the wrong impression with an 
impressive-sounding name. After all, this thing is not for playing Doom III, 
it's for getting a stable accelerated X.org desktop, having a bit of 
acceleration in your Blender 3D window, and perhaps play a game of Tux Racer 
now and then. There seems to be some interest from the graphics research 
community as well.

So, I say forget about monsters and fighter jets, and use something more 
oriented towards business and office use. I'd like to propose

    * TS Glass

It reflects the openness of the project, and matches well with TechSource?'s 
logo/colour. It is a bit short however. Suggestions for pre- or postfixes to 
Glass are welcome.
