An owl is not a bad idea at all! I wonder why owls always are depicted
as clever and wise in adventure games and fairytale... ?

Whatever animal we choose, there will always be someone that have used
it. AbiSource uses an ant and Perl uses a camel.

As long we don't choose a butterfly or parrot (View Sonic), we should
be pretty safe! =)

As a footnote, can I tell that it is Pixar that have designed the MSN butterfly.

I doubt that a company can trademark an animal, just like Microsoft
doesn't have a trademark for "windows".
