I'm not sure about international involvement, but something like this isn't really compatible with German (and probably European) law, as far as I know. The FSFE (free software foundation europe) drafted something like the FSF's copyright assignment paper for use in Germany, which shows the differences quite well. That may or may not be a problem in this context, but copyright law is vastly different over here. johannes
