I somewhat do not like this formulation. The former one sounded
better. Especialy the wording "you must sign over full copyright"
is in my opinion way to strong.
I think that "right to use, modify and relicense under the terms
above" should be enough. Otherwise a lot of people will be reluctant
to contribute if they have to give away their code.
