It's a 26-pin connector arranged as 2 x 13. Or 34-pin for the newer ones if I believe google. Don't know if it's useful with respect to OGD but many cards have/had a VIP port to connect for example a TV Tuner.

I've studied this 26 pin "feature port" when I tried to hook-up some
LCD to it. The signals are like this:

- clock in/out - clock source choser - sync signals - 8bit data or
analog signalling ( I can not tell from the pinout )

This 26pin "standardized" port is totally useles from my point of
view.

Probably, but earlier google also directed me to some hardware that used two of the pins for I2S (digital audio) which sounded entertaining. If the standard is generic enough, maybe it could still be useful.
