Yes. That bit hasn't even been started. We need an SPI PROM reader/programmer, and connected to that, we'll have the PCI interface and a Xilinx programmer. The SPI PROM reader needs to be able to service both programming and BIOS ROM reads at the same time (interleaved, of course).
