Yes, that is an issue.  AMD CPUs would be preferred, but we could use
Intel and their latest NorthBridge with graphics: 82865G.  They don't
have an up-to-date video driver but they do provide full documentation
(unlike ATI and nVidia).

We could put the audio in an internal shielded box with a separate power supply connected to the mother board only by opto-isolated serial data links.
