This goes along well with the trademark stuff and all of that.  If
someone didn't pay royalties for the IP (just used it under GPL), they
would be barred from using the sticker (because that would be false
advertizing), and barred from using any of the trademarks (can't say
it's OGA compliant or mention Traversal, OGP, OGD, OGA, or anything).
