This looks downright silly, and it could be misleading too. This
subroutine is definitely doing something, but if you look at it you
wouldn't say so. Could we write NODATA instead of NOOP?
How about SIG ?
I'm open for just about anything. I agree that NOOP is probably the
wrong the mnemonic to use for this command. I was pondering it when I
was working with the compiler last night. I didn't come up with a good
replacement that had a useful meaning. Suggestions are good.
