I'm afraid I don't know any of that.  I have focused on the hardware
aspects of it and other stuff for OGD1, which has probably isolated
me.  This is why it's good to have a mailing list.  :)

All I want is for OpenGL to become public domain or controlled by a
public group so that OpenGL certifications can be had for little or no
fee, etc.  I want OpenGL to be available to everyone.
