Raising money for a specifc task shouldn't be a problem.
Just mention it on the homepage and we'll get some money.
I for myself would be happy to ship some money overseas to
buy a sig membership.
Apropos, i'd also provide a swiss bank account to collect
donnations, for all those who do not want to go trough
the trouble of sending money to the US (yes, that's a major
pain if you are used to the smooth working bank system in europe).
