Different people mean different things by "video". Video can mean the display, even if it is static. Or video can mean 24-60 frames/second. The 24-60 frames/second variety needs more bandwidth and more silicon.
For real time 'raytracing' it would be 24 frames per second, or more. I think 24 only cuts it if there is a motion blur, and it would probably be faster to just do something closer to 60 than to add a motion blur in real time.
