You have 11.5 months until the end of January.  :-)

Sounds like you have some customers chomping at the bit, and they don't
care about the untested part.  So it comes down to a couple of things.

1) The cost per board vs size of production run.  If you get a firm sales
commitment you could do a small production run soon, sell them with a
disclaimer about the untested TV chip.  Then when the board is completely
tested do a 2nd larger production run.  I assume that two smaller production
runs will cost more than one big run, but I have no idea how much more.

2) The cost and hassle of supporting an extra rev of the board, if a rev B
is required.
