Addendum:
I had a quick look at the software side. It looks
like there is nothing available that could make direct
use of the JTAGkey-tiny for Xilinx, but i think that
it should be quite easily possible to addapt the
libusb-driver from Michael Gernoth[1,2,3] to make
fake a Xilinx usb dongle and so to use the JTAGkey
with the Xilinx tools.
