hello everybody, I come back on the list (*)
Currently, the ogd has two dvi and one s-video output:
everything goes
out since it's a graphics-card.
However I suggest something more closed to the electronic
consumers
which have certainly a camera (digital or still analog). Hence,
would it
be a good idea if a variant of ogc had:
- one dvi output
- one s-video output
- and one s-video input (or something else more suitable) ?
I think that this feature is not the way to go.. new cameras have USB
or FireWire - all mainboards have USB, some of them also FireWire, but a
FW add-on PCI card is cheap.. as well as an analog-to-firewire
conversion box.
If anybody wanted to capture SVIDEO signal, he/she has a (prop.) graphic
card with VIVO, or a (prop.) tv card with aux inputs.
Analog video is past.
