Capture make more sense for a graphic card.
Beside that, I'm a little bit confused about having a chip as an option
but without any route to an user's connector.
There's already a S-video connector on OGD1, with its TV chip; this is
dedicated for S-video output. Can we reverse that for S-video capture as
well?
