To count a pre-order, we have to be able to verify it.  How about a deposit?

We know more about what we have to do to ship internationally.  FedEx
can compute duties and stuff.  The end user will have to pay import
tariffs, wire transfer fees, etc.

A few people might want the connector.  More people, I expect, will
want to have the through-holes so they can stick probe wires into
them.  Am I wrong?  What should we do?  I really don't want Andy and
Howard having to custom solder for people who want it and not for
those who don't.  What should we do?
