We would need to be able to calculate all costs beforehand. A single
pre-payment for the entire order would be simpler and have the least
transfer fees. As Attila noted, a european account would reduce the fees
even further.

My main concern is finding the right type of Hirose connectors to put on
the daughter boards.

IMHO, the IDC connector should _not_ be soldered on. At least for the first
batch of cards, there don't seem to be any existing devices which use
exactly the same type of connector or even the same number of I/O and
ground pins. Therefore, some soldering on the buyer's part is required to
use the connector anyway.

Later, when there are pre-made extension boards for OGDx, we can still make
a batch of cards with the connector soldered at the factory for those who
want it.
