Would you feel more confortable if i'd tell you that in
most companies, there is only one guy designing devices
that cost multiple 10k? If you are lucky you have someone
who reviews the design, if you are really lucky someone
will even review the implementation. Thus three people
isn't too bad. Beside, the OGD1 design and schematics
were on this mailinglist for review more than once.

It does. The free version of the ISE is limted to the lower end
devices, because xilinx wants people to pay for ISE when they
want to use the larger devices.

Maybe we should respell it as "The most recent versions of the
free WebPack do not".
