Anything that uses libsdl is actually agnostic to the underlying system.
It could (and should) work equaly well with a system that supplies only
XVideo.

No, because i don't remember their difference.
The last time i used DGA myself was for testing purposes somewhen
in 2001 or 2002. I know that MPlayers code should be still working
(i had someone try it a few weeks ago), but i myself dont have a system
with a working DGA (because of bitrott of the drivers).
