That was the first thing I checked.
The difference between the 133 MHz and 125 MHz didn't explain the
frequency difference I observed.

(%i2) 47/60,numer;
(%o2)                          .7833333333333333
(%i3) 125/133,numer;
(%o3)                          .9398496240601504


I guess it could be a bug that occurs when dividing two integers.
