 weeellll.  gallium3d-llvm showed a reasonable performance on a
reasonable screen, but it was rather a beefy x86 cpu.

 btw: i looked up vivante's gc400 gate count: 840k gates.  the zynq
7030 has 125k gates.  so opengl es 2.0 is definitely doable.
