Download and extract the files from Evergreen 1.4.0.0 RC2 (http://evergreen-ils.org/downloads.php) 2. Create a new set of PO files based on the POT files in the build/i18n/en-US/ directory 3. Use a gettext-aware editor like POEdit (http://www.poedit.net/ for Windows or Linux) to translate the files 4. Send the translated files to the Evergreen Development mailing list (http://evergreen-ils.org/listserv.php) with a Developer's Certificate of Origin (DCO - http://open-ils.org/documentation/contributing.html#DCO) in the body of your email. If you just want to translate the public interface (catalogue), you only need to translate the files "opac.dtd.pot" and "db.seed.pot".
