I found that there were some problems in the translation as 1.4.0.2 was being packaged - the build was generating an empty lang.dtd file, and I had to commit the following change to make it work: http://svn.open-ils.org/trac/ILS/changeset/12349/branches/rel_1_4_0/build/i18n/po/cs-CZ/lang.dtd.po - this was part of http://svn.open-ils.org/trac/ILS/ticket/44 I don't recall there being a problem with the OPAC or loading the strings into database, but I will certainly retest when I get the chance.
