Hi Again - just wanted to report on a bit more testing - it looks like the problem really is with items that have had holds that were cancelled in the OPAC, EG doesn't want to "untarget" them and it stops the renewals....has anyone else ever experienced this? I'm sure we've missed something somewhere in our set-up, I don't think this could be a bug because surely someone else would have noticed it by now???? Any thoughts or pointers to what we might have done wrong would be much appreciated.
