Huh. Weird. I have no idea what's happening or why. In the "Search > Filters" to the right, the list box tagged "Item Form" is completely blank - > is that significant? I think the item form uses the 008, so if the records that you added don't have an 008 that might explain why there's nothing there. Sorry I can't offer anything else. Cheers, Tara
