Pam,

You should be able to verify that these are sent using your Evergreen mail 
server's logs.  The log messages should provide a reason if they are being 
refused by the email provider's server.

We actually pool all of our logs together (including postfix, in our case) and 
arrange them by year/month/day/hour for each service.  If you need examples of 
how to do this, I can provide them.
